Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will forfeit all rental payments. Please be aware that our cancellation policy applies without exception, including unforeseen circumstances such as weather, illness, medical emergencies, or death. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
